My purpose in life is to help other people find their way and empower themselves.
Let me tell you a little about me.
I’m an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Solution Focused Hypno-Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, NLP Practitioner, Trauma Informed Therapist and Immersive Meditation Leader.
I’m also a mum, a partner and a friend to many. I’m a pianist and composer, a social butterfly yet an INFP-T. I’m a lover and a healer, an intuitive, a truth seeker and warrior. I’m a believer in scientific, evidence-based modalities, yet my life and work have also been closely intertwined with ‘the unseen’ for as long as I can remember - the power of which is not to be denied.
But how do science and spirituality walk hand in hand in the world of therapy?
The therapeutic interventions that I use are underpinned by an intuitive, person-centred approach. Healing is a personal, profound experience - no one size fits all. And I should know: I’ve been on a healing journey of my own.
My own experiences are deeply mirrored by my clients’ profound transformations, and one thing remains consistently clear: integration of the mind and body with a skilled facilitator holds the key to healing. The psychotherapeutic interventions I use are specifically designed to encourage your body and mind to work in tandem, unlocking the power within you to set yourself free.
These navigational tools, combined with my natural intuitive ability to see the unseen, and to know the “how could you possibly know that?!” means that we will get to our destination far quicker than you might imagine.
There may be some bumps in the road and stop-offs along the way - and some legs of the journey may call for the scenic route. But I promise you, it will be worth it.
